L’incroyable discours d’Hugo Chávez pour la lutte contre le réchauffement climatique

À la suite de nombreux échecs de rassemblements mondiaux autour du climat, l’espoir reste mince quant à la réalité des accords de la COP21 de Paris. Des échecs pointés du doigt par l’ancien président du Venezuela.

Hugo Chávez a profité de la COP 15 de 2009 pour rappeler que le premier obstacle à la protection de l’environnement, était bien notre incapacité de repenser notre modèle économique.

1. Un discours poignant

En 2009, Hugo Chávez, ex-président du Venezuela, donnait un discours poignant à l’occasion de la COP 15 organisé à Copenhague au Danemark. L’homme d’État a notamment fait le lien entre changement climatique et capitalisme assurant que pour stopper l’un, il fallait également combattre l’autre.

L’ancien président pointait également du doigt les limites de ces Sommets Climatiques des Nations Unies. Un discours qui résonne encore au lendemain de la COP 22 à Marrakech.
